What is the rolling points system?

To stay in a tier you’ll need to earn the number of points required by that tier within 12 months of promotion. For example, tier 2 requires 500 points, so in order to stay in this tier bracket, you must earn at least 500 points within 12 months of entering the tier.

Is black ops still invitation only or automatically done at 5000 points?

You will automatically be moved into the Black Ops tier when you earn 5000 points. As well as this, we still offer Black Ops tier access by invitation. 

Can birthday vouchers that are already active still be used?

Yes, they can. Any vouchers that have been issued before 20/05/2024 can still be used.

Is free shipping standard or next day?

For Black Ops, tier 1 and tier 2 GoDark members, we offer free standard shipping to UK customers. The estimated processing and shipping time is 2-3 working days for orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri.
